Escape from Kaling Army Chief
Chandragupt told Durdharaa his whole
scheme. he told her that now he wanted to make Kaling people unconscious
and then run away from there. Durdharaa and her maid started offering liquor to
all the soldiers and made them drunk. Army general was already completely drunk
after drinking liquor. Both Durdharaa and her maid started dancing with
them. They made the people unconscious by throwing the powder over their faces.
People of the Army general had arrested Shashaank in the case of selling liquor
illegally, so Chandragupt killed the guards and freed Shashaank. Shashaank
took out the rink of the Army General and they all ran away from there in a
cart. While Durdharaa was throwing the powder over the faces of the soldiers,
some powder made her also unconscious. So Chandragupt had to put her in the
cart. When the guards at the gate of the camp tried to stop them, Shashaank
showed them the ring of the Army general and came out of the camp. As soon as
they came out of the came they came to know that Durdharaa fell down from the
cart. Chandragupt again went back but till them All had come in senses, so he
set fire in a hut, fought with all and killed the, all and ran away with
Durdharaa.
There somewhere Bhadrasaal was
looking at this. he made a plan either to kill Durdharaa or Chandragupt, so
Bhadrasaal kept following them. He took some people and asked them to follow all
the four - two men and two women. Chandragupt etc came out in forest for quite a
distance. They were sleeping on the ground that a snake came and he bit Meghaa
(maid of Durdharaa), but she did not die. She caught the snake and threw it far.
he went away [Here it sows that she was some Vish Kanyaa, one of those girls who
Chaanakya wanted to prepare as an army] In the morning Meghaa caught a pigeon
and sent a message to Chaanakya. he got it.
Episode 80
Chaanakya's Message to Meghaa
As Chaanakya got the message, Badar Bhatt asked him - "Whose message is this?"
"Vish Kanyaa's."
"But her name was Takshitaa?"
"Yes. You remember we freed a girl who used to eat poisonous fruits of the
forest, from a village and the villagers wanted to kill her? She is the same
girl. I sent her to Nand's palace at that young age as a maid. When she grew up
I suggested her to be with the daughter of nand and become so much trustworthy
for her that she should consider her best friend. She did that. She was lining
there with the name Meghaa. For my own purpose I named her "Sanjinee".
Now she sends me the messages with the name of Sanjinee. Thus Takshitaa, Meghaa
and sanjinee all are same. She is helpful to us working there in the palace as a
spy. The concept of Vish Kanyaa will be starting from her only. As much knowledge
we need of our weaknesses and strengths, the same knowledge we need of our enemy
also. Meghaa has written that Chandragupt is falling in love and he does not know
that with whom he has fallen in love." We will have to save him."
Badar Bhatt said - "Excuse me
Aachaarya, Chandragupt is not a Brahmchaaree, doesn't he have The right to love?"
Chaanakya said - "Yes, he has, but not at the cost of his motherland. Whichever
love destroys the whole life of somebody that love is a crime."
Chandragupt Knows the Truth About Durdharaa
Shashaank said - "Now we are going to make the arrangement of the boat, because
now we will have to go to Paatalipputra." so he and Meghaa went away to make
arrangements for a boat. He left Meghaa at a place and went further to look for a boat.
At the same time Chaanakya she got her pigeon back with the message of Chaanakya. He
had written that you must do something so that he should leave Durdharaa alone. So as
Shashaank came she told him everything. They went to Chandragupt and Durdharaa and got
separated as Shashaank took away Chandragupt and Meghaa took away Durdharaa.
Bhadrasaal's people were looking
for the 4 people everywhere. Shashaank told Chandragupt that they should leave
that place for Paataliputra in the midnight. Shashaank told him everything and
said - "In whose love you are falling? And how much do you know her? If she
will deceive you then? We are surrounded by wars and fights and anything can happen
in them." Chandragupt was sure that she will never deceive him, bu Shashaank
just put a clause, "If she deceived you then...?" Chandra said - "Then
I will leave her for ever and will never see her face for the whole life." On
the other side, Meghaa also returned Durdharaa's jewelry for her safety. Durdharaa
said - "Do you think that people will recognize me by my jewelry, no, even
children know that I am the Princess of Magadh." But Meghaa did not listen to
her and gave her jewelry back to her.
The then some soldiers of Bhadrasaal
came there and Chandragupt started fighting with them. Shashaank was also fighting
with them. That one of them attacked Chandragupt, but Meghaa bit him and he died
with her poison. Chandragupt had killed some of those Bhadrasaal's soldiers. Some
escaped.
As now he knew that who was that
girl (Durdharaa), Chandragupt got very restless. Durdharaa came back to Chandraggupt.
She found Chandragupt very restless. She asked him the reason of his restlessness
several times but he did not tell anything. Then he said to Durdharaa - "I
will drop you on the border of Paataliputra, then my responsibility is over."
Durdharaa asked many time the reason of his behavior of hatred but Chandragupt did
not tell her anything.
In the meantime Chandragupt saw that
Bhadrasaal was bringing Shashaank as a prisoner. By this time Bhadrasaal also knew
that which girl was Durdharaa which was her maid. Bhadrasaal offered to give Durdharaa
to him and take Shashaank back. Chandragupt got ready for this exchange. Durdharaa
again asked him - "You will let me go to die?" Chandragupt replied - "I
cannot afford to lose my friend. All this affair had to come to end like thhis. Now we
will never meet again, and if ever we will meet we will remain as strangers for each
other."
Episode 81
Thus Chandragupt sent Durdharaa with Bhadrasaal with heavy heart and Durdharaa
also left him with heavy heart looking back at him. Bhadrasaal took her in a
boat. While going, he said to Chandragupt - "Remember, I will come back."
At the same time several Kaling soldiers came there and started fighting with
Chandragupt and Shashaank. Both killed many soldiers and went back to Akhnavee
camp
Durdharaa Knows the Identity of Chandragupt
On the way Meghaa consoled Durdharaa - "Whatever has happened, forget about it,
Whatever has happened, has happened for your good only, so do not worry about it."
Bhadrasaal also said - "When Nand will know that his dear daughter has fallen in
love with his greatest enemy, he will be very angry."
Durdharaa said - "You are lying."
"No, You helped whichever man in stealing the gold, that gold was also of your
father. And you know that how much he loves his gold. With the help of gold I was
planning to arrest him, that you came in between us in the disguise of a maid."
"Tell me his name."
"He was Chandragupt, the disciple of Chaanakya who has taken vow to kill your
father. The same Chandragupt is the greatest enemy of Magadh kingdom.
Chandragupt Talks to
Chaanakya
Chief informed Chaanakya that Chandragupt and Shashaank had arrived in the camp, but
Chandragupt seems to be lost in thoughts. Talking to him at this time seems useless."
Chaanakya said - "Years ago, I took a vow to build the United Bhaarat, and with
that vow, now I cannot think of forgetting it. Where I feel happy seeing Chandragupt,
I feel sad also seeing the conflict in his heart, but the Time will make everything all
right. I have to keep answers of his questions. I have given him lots of knowledge but
did not give the knowledge of controlling his emotions, that is why this has happened
today. Now when he will come here, he will have certain questions for which I will have
to provide him with the answers which can satisfy him."
At the same time Chandragupt and
Shashaank came there, Chandragupt and Shashaank touched Aachaary's feet
and Aachaarya blessed them with "May God bless you so that no attraction can
delude your mind. Was your expedition successful?"
"Yes."
"Completely? No obstruction?"
"Yes, no obstruction, except Kaling attack which we faced with success. We sent
both women to Paataliputra with Bhadrasaal."
"Good, That was expected from Chandragupt."
After this Shashaank also went away from there and Chandragupt remained standing
there silent with lowering his head Chandragupt
Chaanakya understood that
Chandragupt wanted to say something but was unable to say it, so he said -
"Speak Chandragupt, speak. You want to say something, say it openly
and freely."
Chandragupt said - "Aachaarya, I have a conflict in my mind. I have
learnt everything, right or wrong, just or unjust, from you only."
Chaanakya again said - "Say whatever you want to say. Your sorrow is
my sorrow, your worry is my worry."
Chief also went away from there
away leaving them alone and they talked to each other.
Chandragupt said - "Aachaarya, This was the first time that I lost control
on my heart. My friend (Shashaank) stopped me repeatedly, but my heart was not
with me, it was going at the same place. I have never felt so much attachment
before. I knew that I was not doing right, but this feeling was not leaving me
at all. What should I do?" and saying this Chandragupt broke into tears.

Bhadrasaal brought Durdharaa and
Meghaa to Paataliputra. On the way to appear before the King Nand, Bhadrasaal
asked Durdharaa - "Will you tell your father, or should I tell him the whole
story?" Durdharaa said angrily - "You will not tell anything to my father.
He will be very angry."
"I also do not want to make him angry. We make one compromise. I will tell him a
story which you will attest and I will hide your story."
Durdharaa said angrily - "I will die but will not make any compromise with you."
"Think it again. Now you will not be able to see him again then why do you want
to take risk of your father's anger?"
Nand got very happy to see his daughter. But at the same time he saw tears in her eyes.
He asked her - "What is the matter. Did Bhadrasaal misbehave with you?"
The reply came from Bhadrasaal - "I tell you, O King. Chaanakya and Chandragupt wanted
to abduct the Princess. In fact they wanted to kill the Princess, but I saved her. Still I
did not like that they escaped from my hands. But saving the Princess was my prime duty, so
I did. I have brought her here, now I will see them again after going from here."
Nand said - "The question is of the respect
of the Princess. I will see those Kaling traitors. I want revenge with hem for this.
Amaatya asked - "But what happened to the gold of Magadh, because with the help of the
same gold you wanted to arrest those people."
Bhadrasaal replied - "But the security of the Princess was on the top prority. And you
do not worry about the gold, it is safe and secured in Sahaal."
Episode 82
Durdharaa was not in her senses. She was breaking things here and there. Meghaa was
trying to calm down her, but she had lost control on her heart. She was saying -
"He has stolen the peace of my heart. I knew only later that he was the
greatest enemy of my father." Meghaa again tried to console here - "O
Princess, be calm. Maybe it was in your fate. And whatever has happened has happened
for your good."
Durdharaa said - Now I am understanding everything. He had known everything about me.
But how, Meghaa, how? Who told him my correct identity? Speak, Who? Is it not his
friend? But how does it matter? After that everything was finished. This is all
injustice with me. I know that this is not correct, but what do I do?"

Chaanakya said to Chandragupt -
"Chandragupt, I taught you all kinds of knowledge, bit I did not teach you
to control your emotions. But this cannot be taught like this also. This can be
learnt by one's own experience. Whichever pain is in your heart, this is only an
attraction. If you could not control this, there may be terrible consequences of
it. There is no greater knowledge than the spiritual knowledge, there is no greater
disease than lust; and there is no greater enemy than the physical attraction."
Chandragupt asked - "Is meeting of
a man and a woman a mistake?"
"No, not at all. But who have aimed high, it is not for them. Attachment (Aasakti)
is only an attraction (Aakarshan). Love, attachment and Kaamukataa
