Jananee

Jananee Janm Bhoomishch Swargaadapi Gareeyasee
Do you know the origin and the meaning of this phrase?
This phrase appears in V-Raamaayan, 6/124/17, when Raam comes back after killing Raavan to Bharadwaaj Rishi. Then He tells this to Him. [Vaameeki Raamaayan, Gita Press, Gorakhpur. It does not appear in 1992 edition. I found it on Web]

Which is the most important verse in Vaalmeei Raamaayan? Did Seetaa behave like a mother as per that verse?
The most important verse is the advice given by Sumitraa to Lakshman, when Shree Raam, Seetaa and Lakshman started for forest.
"Raamam Dasharatham vidhihi, maam vidhihi Janakaatmajam
Ayodhyaa mataveem vidhhi, gachchha taat yathaa sukham"

(Consider Raam as your father Dasharath, Seetaa as your mother and the forest as Ayodhyaa; may the journey be a blessed one).
And the most important phrase in it was "Maam vidhi Janakaatmajam" (Consider Seetaa as your mother). My point is …did Seetaa behave like that?…..
