18-Ushaa and Aniruddh
Taken From Bhaagvat Puraan, 10/u10

There was a Daitya king named Baanaasur. he was in the family line of Hiranyakashyap. Hiranyakashyap > Prahlaad > Virochan > Bali > Baanaasur. Baanaasur had a beautiful daughter named Ushaa. Once she saw a beautiful young handsome prince in her dream. As she wanted to talk to him, she woke up and her dream got disappeared. She got restless. Seeing her restless, her friend, Baanaasur's Minister's daughter Chitralekhaa, asked her what was the matter with her, why was she so sad and restless. First she did not tell her but after some persuasion she told her about her dream and also told her that she loved him very and if she could not get him as her husband, she will die.

Hearing this Chitralekhaa asked her his name etc but Ushaa could not tell anything. Chitralekhaa was very good in sketching, so she asked her if she drew his face will she recognize his face? Ushaa said - "Yes." Now Chitralekhaa started sketching many faces. First she drew Devtaa's faces, then Daitya's faces, Gandharv, Kinnar and then she came down on Earth. She drew many kings' faces, but no face matched Ushaa's prince's face. What to do now? Then she drew Krishn's face. Seeing that a smile came on Ushaa's face and she said to her - "He looked like Him but this man is a little more grown-up, he was younger." So Chitralekhaa drew Pradyumn's face. Seeing that Ushaa jumped up the bed, but still that face was not of his. Now Chitralekhaa understood, she drew the sketch of Pradyumn's son Aniruddh's face and asked her if that was the prince she saw in her dream? At this Ushaa's face blushed and she said - "Yes, it is his face." then Chitralekhaa told her that this prince was Krishn's grandson Aniruddh and lived in Dwaarakaa.

Now how to arrange their meeting. Chitralekhaa knew some Maayaa also, so she consoled Ushaa that she would go to Dwaarakaa flying and will bring Aniruddh in his sleep to Ushaa. They made the arrangement of his hiding also in the palace. So one night Chitralekhaa flew to Dwaarakaa and brought sleeping Aniruddh and put him on the bed in Ushaa's palace. When Aniruddh woke up he found himself in a strange place and a beautiful girl in front of him looking at him with love. He asked Ushaa who she was and how did he come there? Ushaa told him everything and said - "Since the day I have seen you, I have fallen in love with you." Aniruddh also started loving her.

They both lived together for sometime in Ushaa's palace. It is said that one cannot hide love and body building. After a hile her palace guards suspected something in Ushaa's palace and reported Baanaasur. Baanaasur himself came to check Ushaa's palace and found Aniruddh there. He came to know the whole story, but he was not ready to marry his daughter to Aniruddh.

On the other side, in Dwaarakaa, when Pradyumn did not see his son, he reported to Krishn. At the same time Naarad jee came there and told them where their Aniruddh was. So Krishn, Balaraam and Pradyumn proceeded towards Baanaasur's city with their army and attacked him. Shiv Jee was guarding his city so Shiv Jee started fighting on behalf of Baanaasur, but got defeated by Krishn. Then Shiv prayed Krishn not to kill Baanaasur, as he was his great Bhakt. Krishn said - "There is no need to pray to me for this, because I have already given my words to Prahlaad that I will not kill anybody in your family, so do not worry about it."

Later Baanaasur himself came to fight and Krishn cut his all the 1,000 arms leaving his four arms. After this Baanaasur surrendered and married his daughter to Aniruddh and gave a lots of things to him in marriage.
